Your free trial #

A new agency gets 14 days free, with no card. The trial covers up to 15 clients and every feature. The top bar counts down the days left, and turns orange for the last three.

When the trial ends, nothing is charged. Zapket becomes read-only until an admin chooses a plan. See when the trial ends or a payment fails.

Good to know

Plan and billing and Agency settings are only for admins. Other people see the trial badge but can't choose a plan.

Choosing a plan #

Go to Sidebar , then Plan and billing . Plans are priced by how many clients you run. Your whole team is included on every plan, with every feature.

Starter: up to 5 clients, ₹1,499 a month or ₹13,491 a year.
Growth: up to 15 clients, ₹3,999 a month or ₹35,991 a year.
Agency: up to 40 clients, ₹7,999 a month or ₹71,991 a year.
Scale: up to 80 clients, ₹12,499 a month or ₹1,12,491 a year.

Switch between Monthly and Yearly at the top: paying yearly saves up to 25% against paying monthly. The plan that fits your clients is marked Fits.

Paying #

Tap Choose on a plan. A page shows the price and what you pay each month or year.
Razorpay's payment window opens. Pay by UPI AutoPay (approve it in your UPI app), card or net banking.
Once it goes through you're back on Plan and billing, on your new plan.

Payments then renew on their own. Your bank or UPI app tells you a day before each one, and monthly payments up to ₹15,000 go through without an OTP.

GST invoices #

Before paying, fill in Invoice details on Plan and billing: your legal name, GSTIN and address. The GSTIN also sets your state, which decides the GST split: CGST and SGST in the same state as Zapket, IGST otherwise.

Every payment makes an invoice. Admins get it by email, and every invoice is listed under Invoices. Open one to print it or save it as a PDF.

Claiming GST back

With your GSTIN on the invoice, your accountant can claim the GST as input tax credit. Invoices keep the details they were made with, so add your GSTIN before the payment you want it on.

Changing or cancelling your plan #

A bigger plan: choose it and pay. Its client limit applies straight away, and it starts charging when the period you've paid for ends, so you never pay twice for the same days.
A smaller plan: archive clients until you fit it first. Zapket says how many.
Cancelling: tap Cancel plan. Your plan stays until the end of the period you paid for, then stops. You can choose a plan again any time.

Client limits #

Plan and billing shows how many clients you're using. Archived clients don't count, so archiving one frees a place. At the limit, the Clients page says so and Add client takes you back there.

When the trial ends or a payment fails #

If a payment doesn't go through, Razorpay tries again over a few days and Plan and billing says so. Check your card or UPI app has enough in it.

If the trial ends without a plan, or payments stop after several tries, Zapket becomes read-only. A banner across the top says why.

Still works: seeing every client, post, conversation and report; archiving clients; choosing a plan and paying.
Waits: writing or changing posts, publishing, replying in the inbox, connecting accounts, inviting people.

Posts due while read-only

They don't go out late on their own. They move to Didn't go out on each client's Overview, so after choosing a plan you decide which to send again.

Your agency's name #

Go to Sidebar , then Agency settings . Clients see this name in emails, on their review and connect pages, and on reports. The app itself stays Zapket.
