Running Zapket

Integrations

For whoever runs Zapket: payments, networks, AI, WhatsApp and more, turned on once for every agency.

What Integrations is for #

Integrations is for the platform owner: whoever runs Zapket for every agency. What's set here works for all of them at once: how agencies pay, which networks can connect, and which extra tools are on. Go to Sidebar , then Zapket , then Integrations . Agency admins don't see it. The row of links at the top jumps straight to each part.

An agency's own name is in its Agency settings, and its plan in Plan and billing. See Plan and billing.

Good to know

Keys and tokens you paste are stored encrypted and never shown again. Keys a network rejects are never saved.

Setting up a new Zapket: the order that works #

  1. Fill in Payments: Razorpay keys and your invoice details (below).
  2. Turn on the networks agencies' clients use.
  3. Turn on the free AI writer.
  4. Optional: approvals on WhatsApp, Canva, Meta ads, listening keys.
  5. Check the public site's contact, terms and privacy pages show your details.

Payments #

Agencies pay for plans through Razorpay, by UPI AutoPay, card or net banking.

  1. In the Razorpay Dashboard, make an API key. Start in test mode: no real money moves, and the badge in Integrations says Test mode.
  2. Under Webhooks, add the address shown in Integrations, set a secret, and tick the subscription events listed there. Invoices are made when Razorpay reports each charge, so this needs Zapket on its live web address.
  3. Paste the Key ID, Key secret and Webhook secret, and tap Save.

Your invoice details are printed on every invoice and on the public contact and policy pages: legal name, GSTIN, state, address, contact email and phone. With a GSTIN, plans are charged 18% GST; without one, no GST is charged or shown.

Before going live

Razorpay checks your website before it takes live payments, including the terms, privacy, refund and contact pages. Have them read by your lawyer, and confirm the services code on invoices with your accountant.

Turning on networks #

Facebook and Instagram, Threads, YouTube and Google Business Profile, LinkedIn and Pinterest only allow sign-ins through an app registered with them. Zapket registers one, once, and every agency uses it. Tap Turn on and follow the 4 steps:

  1. Create the app in the network's developer site.
  2. Add Zapket's address: copy the addresses shown into the app.
  3. Paste the keys, then Check and save.
  4. Can client accounts connect? Until the network approves the app, only the agency's own team can sign in. Choose Yes, it's approved once it is.

Bluesky, Mastodon, Telegram, Discord and WhatsApp are always on: they connect with a token on each client's Accounts page. The Connection guide explains every network in detail.

AI writer #

Choose an engine: Gemini, free (paste a free Google AI Studio key) or Ollama, private (a model running on your own computer). Tap Check and save. The team then sees Write with AI and Suggest hashtags in the composer, and Blog to post can write captions.

Facebook and Instagram messages #

Brings direct messages into the inbox. Needs Facebook and Instagram turned on first, and Meta's approval for messaging. After turning it on, reconnect each client's Facebook and Instagram accounts.

WhatsApp #

WhatsApp Business in the inbox

  1. Turn on Facebook and Instagram first: WhatsApp uses the same Meta app.
  2. In the Meta app, add WhatsApp. Under Configuration, paste the Callback address and Verify token shown in Integrations, and subscribe to messages.
  3. Connect each client's number on its Accounts page with its phone number ID, business account ID and a system user token.

Approvals on WhatsApp

  1. Add the agency's own WhatsApp number to the Meta app.
  2. In WhatsApp Manager, create a Utility template with the text and button shown in Integrations. Meta usually approves it within a day.
  3. Paste the Phone number ID, System user token, Template name and Template language, and tap Check and save.
  4. Add clients' WhatsApp numbers on the Team page.

What it costs

Replies to customers within 24 hours are free. Approval messages are paid Utility messages, about ₹0.13 to ₹0.15 each in India. If a message fails, Integrations shows why.

Canva, ads and listening #

  • Canva: paste the Canva app's Client ID and secret. Each teammate then connects their own Canva and adds designs with From Canva.
  • Meta ads: paste a system user token with ads_read. Managers then link each client's ad account on its Ads page. Optionally bring comments on ads into the inbox.
  • Listening sources: a free YouTube API key turns on YouTube searches. Reddit needs an approved Reddit app and isn't free for agencies.
