Everyday work
Calendar, festivals and campaigns
Seeing everything planned, festival dates, campaigns, the Instagram grid and bulk upload.
The calendar #
Go to Sidebar , then Calendar to see every post by day. Weeks start on Monday.
- Use the arrows and Today to move between months.
- Pick a client, and a campaign, to see only theirs. Month shows a grid; List shows a list (phones always use List).
- Inside a client, the Calendar tab shows only that client's posts, in the client's timezone.
- Each post shows its status colour. Tap one to open it.
- Times are in the client's timezone when one client is picked, and the agency's otherwise.
Moving a post to another day #
Drag it onto another day. It keeps its time of day and its status. A message says where it went, with Undo. Posts can't move into the past, and published posts can't move at all.
Festivals #
Tick Festivals to see Indian festivals and marketing days on the calendar: Diwali, Holi, Eid, Navratri, Raksha Bandhan, Independence Day, Mother's Day and many more. Dates come from Google's Indian holidays calendar and update every week.
Coming up shows the next big festivals in the coming 60 days.
- Pick a client.
- Tap a festival under Coming up.
- The composer opens on that day at 9 am, with the AI writer ready to write festival wishes from the client. Without the AI writer, the caption starts as "Happy … from all of us at …".
Campaigns #
A campaign groups posts, like a product launch or a festival season. Open a client, then Campaigns , then New campaign . Give it a name and, if you like, start and end dates.
Each campaign shows how many posts it has, how many went out, and their reach and engagements, updated daily. From a campaign, tap Calendar to see only its posts, or New post to add one. Deleting a campaign keeps its posts.
Instagram grid #
Open a client, then Instagram grid . You see the profile grid as followers will: posts already on Instagram, plus planned feed posts outlined on top.
Drag one planned post onto another to swap their times, so the grid looks right. Undo puts them back. Stories aren't shown, because they don't appear on the grid.
The dashboard #
The Dashboard is the agency's morning check.
- Needs attention: posts that failed, posts waiting on approval, and what goes out today.
- Clients: each client's next post, pending and failed posts, accounts, posts published in 30 days, and health.
