Photos, videos and cropping

Every client has its own library of photos and videos. Open a client, then the Media tab at the top.

• Upload JPG, PNG, WebP or GIF images, or MP4 or MOV videos. Up to 10 files at a time.
• Photos can be up to 20 MB each, videos up to 250 MB.
• Filter by photos or videos, search by name, description or tag, or tap a tag to see only those files.

Tap a file to open it. You'll see its size, shape (like 4:5 or 16:9), who added it and which posts use it.

• Description: say what's in the picture. It helps people who use screen readers, and makes the file easy to search for.
• Tags: short words like diwali, product, team, separated by commas. Up to 10.

To start a post with photos from the library, select them and start a new post. They're added in the order you picked them.

Each network shows photos best in its own shape. The crop tool makes a copy in the right shape, so you never need another app.

From the media library

1. Tap the photo, then Crop for a network.
2. Pick a shape.
3. Drag the photo to move it inside the frame, and use Zoom to get closer. The lines split the frame into thirds, to help you place the subject.
4. Choose Save a copy. The copy opens, with the same description and tags.

While writing a post

1. Under the photo, tap the crop button.
2. The shape starts on the best one for the first account you picked, like full screen for TikTok. Change it if you like.
3. Move, zoom and choose Save a copy. The cropped copy takes the photo's place in the post.

GIFs and videos can't be cropped here.
