Getting started

Zapket on your phone

Add Zapket to your home screen and get notifications.

Add Zapket to your home screen #

Zapket works like an app on your phone, without the app store. Once it's on your home screen it opens full screen, like any other app.

Android, in Chrome

  1. Open Zapket and sign in.
  2. Tap the menu (three dots, top right).
  3. Tap Install app or Add to Home screen.

iPhone and iPad, in Safari

  1. Open Zapket in Safari and sign in.
  2. Tap the Share button (the square with an arrow).
  3. Tap Add to Home Screen, then Add.

On a computer, Chrome and Edge show an install button at the right end of the address bar.

Good to know

If you lose your connection, Zapket shows a page saying you're offline. It picks up again when you're back online.

Getting around on a phone #

The tabs at the bottom show the pages you use most. Tap More for every other page, and to switch client. Your initials at the top right open your account menu, and the bell shows what needs you.

Turn on notifications #

Notifications tell you the moment something needs you, even when Zapket is closed. They're set for each phone or computer separately.

On a phone

  1. Open the Dashboard (agency team) or Home (clients). A box says Get approvals on this phone.
  2. Tap Turn on, then Allow when your phone asks.
  3. The box goes away once notifications are on. Not now hides it on this phone.

On a computer

  1. Open your account menu: click your name at the bottom of the sidebar.
  2. Switch on Notifications, then choose Allow when the browser asks.
  3. The switch turns blue. Switch it off the same way to stop them on this computer.

On an iPhone

Apple only allows notifications for apps on the home screen. Add Zapket to your home screen first, then open it from there and turn them on.

Says "Notifications blocked"?

You chose Don't allow earlier. Allow notifications for this site in your browser or phone settings, then try again.
