Analytics and reports
Numbers for each client, monthly reports, emailing them, and ad results.
Analytics #
Go to Sidebar , then Analytics . Choose the last 7, 30 or 90 days, and all clients or one.
- The tiles: followers, reach, engagements and posts published, compared with the period before.
- Reach: a chart by day.
- Engagements by network: which networks work best.
- Top posts: the posts with the most engagement. Engagements are likes, comments, shares and saves. A dot means the network doesn't report that number.
With one client picked, When … posts do best shows the days and hours that worked best, once the client has 12 published posts with numbers.
Good to know
Numbers arrive every night, so a post published today shows up tomorrow.
Monthly reports #
Go to Sidebar , then Reports . Pick a month (this month is marked "so far"), find the client, and tap Open report. It's a one-page summary the client will understand: headline numbers, reach, networks and top posts.
- PDF downloads it. If there's no PDF button, open the report and use your browser's Print, then Save as PDF.
- Email (admins and managers) sends a finished month to the client's logins and report addresses now.
To send it automatically on the 1st of every month, switch on Email the report on the 1st in the client's settings.
Ad results #
Open a client, then Ads . Once an admin turns on Meta ads and a manager links the client's ad account, you'll see spend, reach, clicks and cost per click, with every campaign's results. Choose the last 30 days, this month or last month. Numbers refresh every 30 minutes.
