A guide for clients

Your agency uses Zapket to plan and publish your social media posts. Before a post goes out, you get to see it and say yes, or tell the team what to change. That's all you need to do here.

1. Open the invite email from your agency and tap Set your password. The link works for 24 hours.
2. Type a new password twice and tap Save new password. You're signed in.
3. Next time, sign in with your email and that password. Tick Keep me signed in on your own phone so you don't have to type it each time.

Forgot it? Choose Forgot password? on the sign-in page. More in Signing in.

Your Home page shows the posts waiting for you, one at a time, soonest first. The top says how many there are, like "1 of 3".

1. Read the post and look at the photos. It shows when it will go out.
2. If it's going to several networks, tap each one under Preview for to see how it will look there.
3. Happy with it? Tap Approve. It will go out at the time shown.
4. Want something changed? Write what in Comment, then tap Request changes. The team gets your note straight away.

Not ready to decide? Tap Skip for now to see the next one. When there's nothing left, you'll see "You're all caught up".

When a new post is ready, you'll get an email with a Review the post button. It opens Zapket on the post.

If your agency uses WhatsApp for approvals, you'll also get a WhatsApp message with a Review post button. It opens the post without needing your password.

• Tap Approve, or write a comment and tap Request changes.
• Each WhatsApp link works once, for that one post, for 7 days.
• If the link says it no longer works, the post may have been changed or already approved. Open Zapket to see the latest.

Add Zapket to your phone's home screen and turn on notifications, and you'll hear about new posts straight away. See Zapket on your phone.

Tap Reports in the menu to see how your accounts did each month: followers, reach, engagement and your best posts. Pick a month and tap Open report. To keep a copy, tap PDF, or use your browser's Print and choose Save as PDF. Your agency may also email it to you at the start of each month.
