The platform dashboard

Only the platform owner: whoever runs Zapket for every agency. They see Platform and Integrations in the sidebar, under Zapket. Agency admins never do.

• Monthly revenue: what paying agencies pay each month, before GST. A yearly plan counts as a twelfth of its price.
• On trial: agencies trying Zapket, and how many trials end in the next three days.
• Trial to paid: of the trials that have ended, the share that paid.
• Needs attention: agencies with a payment problem, and how many stopped paying in the last 30 days.

Below them: sign-ups each week, and how many agencies stand where. Tap a standing to list just those agencies.

Every month's payments, with the taxable value, CGST, SGST and IGST split out and the total. It's laid out for your GST return, so your accountant can copy it across.

Every agency with its standing, plan, clients, team, posts in the last 30 days, state and sign-up date. Search by the agency's name or an admin's email, or pick a standing. Tap an agency to open its page.

An agency's page shows its admins, usage, subscriptions and invoices, and three things you can do:

• Add 7 or 14 days of trial, for an agency that needs longer to decide.
• Make free: no plan needed and no client limit. If they already pay, cancel their subscription in the Razorpay Dashboard too, or Razorpay keeps charging them.
• Suspend, with a reason: its people see the reason instead of the app, and nothing goes out. Lift suspension puts everything back. You can't suspend your own agency.

Under Plans, change a plan's monthly and yearly price in rupees, its client limit, or whether it's offered, and tap Save.
