Links, competitors, listening and blogs

Open a client, then Links . Paste a web address under Address to shorten, name it if you like, and tap New short link. Tick Add campaign tags to see the visits in Google Analytics too.

Each link shows its clicks, in total and in the last 30 days. Short links keep working until you delete them. The composer can shorten links for you too.

1. On Links, under Link in bio page, fill in the name, the address you want and a line about the client.
2. Add buttons with Button text and a web address, then Add button. Move them up and down to change the order.
3. Switch on Page is live and tap Save page. Put the address in the client's bio.

Clicks on every button are counted.

Open a client, then Competitors ›, then Add competitor . Type a name and their Instagram username or YouTube channel, and tap Start tracking.

Every morning Zapket notes their followers, posts in the last 30 days, average engagement and YouTube subscribers, next to the client's own row, marked You. Growth builds up day by day.

Listening watches the internet for words you care about: the client's name, products or competitors. Go to Sidebar ›, then Listening ›, then Topics . Admins and managers add topics.

1. Pick the client and name the topic.
2. Under Words to watch for, write up to 10 words or phrases, one per line. Add words to leave out if you like.
3. Choose Where to look: news and blogs (every hour), Reddit (every hour), Instagram hashtags (every two hours), YouTube (every six hours).
4. Tap Start watching. The first mentions arrive within minutes.

Save the useful mentions and hide the rest. YouTube and Reddit searches work once whoever runs Zapket adds their keys. Instagram allows 30 different hashtags a week per account.

Turns each new article on the client's blog into a draft post, so the team never forgets to share it.

1. Open a client, then Blog to post .
2. Paste the blog's address. Zapket finds its feed.
3. Tick the accounts to draft for, and, if the AI writer is on, whether it should write the caption.
4. Tap Follow.

Blogs are checked every half hour. Articles already there are skipped; from then on, each new one becomes a draft with the title and link (at most 5 per check). Drafts have no photo or time and never go out on their own. Add a photo and send them on as usual.
