Terms of service

1. Who we are

Zapket is run by Asket Studio ("we", "us"). By signing up or using Zapket, your agency ("you") agrees to these terms. If you sign up for an agency, you confirm you're allowed to agree on its behalf.

2. Your account

• Give correct details when you sign up, and keep them up to date.
• Keep passwords private. You're responsible for what people you invite do in Zapket.
• Tell us straight away at help@asketstudio.in if you think someone used your account without permission.

3. Free trial

A new agency can use Zapket free for 14 days without a card. When the trial ends, nothing is charged. You keep your work, but can't add clients until you choose a plan.

4. Plans, payment and GST

• Plans are priced by how many clients you run, shown in rupees on our pricing page.
• You pay in advance for each month or year through Razorpay, by UPI AutoPay, card or net banking. Payments renew on their own until you cancel.
• For automatic payments, your bank or UPI app notifies you before each charge, as the Reserve Bank of India requires, and you can stop the mandate from there.
• If a payment fails, Razorpay tries again over a few days. If it keeps failing, your plan pauses and you can't add clients until you pay again.
• We may change prices. A new price applies to new subscriptions; if we change the price of your current plan, we'll tell you at least 30 days before your next payment.

5. Cancelling

You can cancel any time from Plan and billing. Your plan stays until the end of the period you paid for, then stops. Our cancellation and refund policy explains refunds.

6. Your content and your clients' accounts

• Everything you and your clients put into Zapket (posts, photos, videos, messages, reports) stays yours. You let us store and process it only to run Zapket for you.
• You confirm you have your clients' permission to connect their social media accounts and to post, reply and read results on their behalf.
• You're responsible for what's published through Zapket, and for having the rights to the photos, videos, music and words you use.

7. Social networks' own rules

Zapket posts through the official tools of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and the other networks. You also agree to follow each network's own terms. Networks can change or limit what their tools allow at any time, and we can't be responsible when they do.

8. What's not allowed

• Posting anything illegal, hateful, misleading or that infringes someone else's rights.
• Spam, or using Zapket to get around a network's limits.
• Trying to break into Zapket, reach other agencies' data, or copy or resell Zapket.

We may pause or close an account that breaks these rules, and will tell you why unless the law stops us.

9. Keeping Zapket running

We work to keep Zapket available and your data safe, but can't promise it will never be interrupted, for example during maintenance or when a network is down. We may improve or change features over time.

10. Limits of our responsibility

As far as the law allows, we're not responsible for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost clients. Our total responsibility for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it.

11. Ending the service

You can stop using Zapket any time. If we ever stop offering Zapket, we'll give at least 30 days' notice, time to export your work, and a refund for any period you've paid for but can't use.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Gujarat will hear any dispute. Please write to us first; most things can be sorted out quickly.
