Disconnect an account in Zapket

An agency admin or manager can open the client, go to Accounts, and choose Disconnect next to the account. Zapket stops using it straight away and deletes its access keys.

Remove Zapket from Facebook or Instagram

• On Facebook, open Settings and privacy, then Settings, then Business integrations. Find Zapket and choose Remove.
• On Instagram, open Settings, then Website permissions or Apps and websites. Find Zapket and choose Remove.

Other networks, like Google and LinkedIn, have a similar list of connected apps in their account settings.

Ask us to delete your data

Email help@asketstudio.in from the address you use with Zapket, saying what you'd like deleted: a connected account, a person's details, or a whole agency. We confirm when it's done, within 30 days. Invoices are kept for 8 years, as tax law requires.
