Questions
- What happens after the free trial?
- Nothing is charged unless you choose a plan. If you don't, your work stays safe and you can choose a plan any time to carry on.
- Can I change or cancel my plan?
- Yes, any time from Plan and billing. A new plan starts when your paid period ends, and its client limit applies straight away. If you cancel, your plan stays until the period you paid for ends.
- How do I pay?
- Through Razorpay, by UPI AutoPay, card or net banking. Monthly payments up to ₹15,000 renew on their own, and your bank tells you a day before each one.
- Do I get a GST invoice?
- You get an invoice for every payment from Plan and billing.
- What counts as a client?
- Each brand or business you post for. Archived clients don't count, so archiving one frees a place.
- What counts as a person in Flow?
- Anybody at your studio who signs in to Flow. A client who signs in to approve a post is not a person in Flow and is never charged for, and nor is somebody you have deactivated.
- Can I buy just one of them?
- Yes. Social on its own is priced by the client, Flow on its own by the person. Take both and every person in Flow costs ₹249 instead of ₹349.
- Can I add the other one later?
- Yes, any time from Plan and billing. Everything is already there when you do — the same people, the same clients, the same login — because both apps sit on one account.
